THE INTERVIEW: this is ongoing during our meeting and in no precise format, but is your opportunity to ask me questions, pose particular concerns about your home's marketing, and decide in the end if you trust my expertise in marketing your home for you. 

MY INTRODUCTION: is generally ongoing as well. It is my opportunity to present you with the basics of how a listing agreement works and give you an overview of my expertise and how I conduct my business. We will discuss such topics as Agency Laws of Louisiana and what you should expect from a client-agent relationship.  

THE MARKETING STRATEGY: my plan for where and how I will advertise, promote, and network the listing of your home to the market, in order to optimize the most exposure. 

A WALK THROUGH: You and I together will walk through your home and property. This gives you the opportunity to point out special features and amenities about your home. It is also a time for us to discuss any repairs, clean up, or tidying that can be done to enhance the home's appeal to buyers.  

THE COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS: I will present and go over a detailed presentation about my estimate of your home's market value. I base this analysis on facts, such as homes on the market and recently sold properties in your neighborhood, as well as recent indicators and changes taking place in the market atmosphere. It is my job to stay abreast of what is going on in the market, locally and nationally, as many things can have a direct affect on property values.
