Most of the Lot Sizes are 70 X 165, though visually the depth is nearer to 180 feet, when considering the utility servitude. The 70-foot wide lots were just reduced to $29,900, the last cul-de-sac lot (#17) was reduced to $36,000, and the "estate size 7/10 acre lot" facing the River Road just received a whopping 20k reduction to $65,000.
